7. Service Rights
7.1 The agreement between the customer and the website eloboostindustries.com is valid until the delivery of the virtual service (Boosting / Coaching) or the transfer of the virtual good (sales account) to the new owner.
7.1.1 If the customer has purchased a division upgrade, the agreement is valid until the desired division is delivered by the website eloboostindustries.com.
7.1.2 If the customer has purchased a certain amount of winnings (Win Boosting), the agreement is until a certain amount of winnings is provided.
7.1.3 If the customer has purchased a Matching Placement service, the agreement is valid until the quantity of games purchased is provided.
7.1.4 If the customer has purchased a Champion Mastery Boost, the agreement is valid until the purchased level of Champion Mastery is provided.
7.1.5 If the customer has purchased a Coaching session, the agreement is valid until the number of hours purchased is provided.
7.1.6 If the customer has purchased a League of Legends account, the agreement is valid upon receipt of the account credentials.
7.2 The agreement between the customer and the website eloboostindustries.com can be terminated by the website eloboostindustries.com, if the customer does not perform any action within 3 days, such as: not providing sufficient information referred to in points 6.5, 6.5.1, 6.5.2, 6.5.3. Not contacting The Booster / Coach / Selling User for 3 days or more, pausing Boost / Coaching for 3 days or more, not accessing his profile for 3 days or more.
7.2.1 The agreement between the customer and the website eloboostindustries.com can be terminated by the website eloboostindustries if the customer violates the following general conditions of sale of the eloboostindustries.com website.
7.2.2 If the website eloboostindustries.com terminates the contract, the unused credit will be deducted as an administration fee.
7.3 You, the customer, accept that if you purchase the winnings increase service, you agree to purchase a certain amount of winnings. If you purchase “x” amount of winnings, each lost game will be counted as + 1 to this amount and each won game will be considered as – 1 to this amount.
7.3.1 This general rule has some exceptions:
– if the booster loses a game in promotional games, it does not count as +1 until the promotion ends.
– if the booster loses a game with 0 LP, it does not count as +1 unless he is demoted.
7.4 You, the customer, accept that if your League points (hereinafter referred to as LP) are less than 13 lp per win in any division, you must pay an additional amount determined by the upgrade calculator or we will convert your order into a Win Boosting service by following the payout calculator on our site. For example, if you purchased the Bronze IV to Bronze II service and your account earns less than 13 LPs per win in the Bronze IV or III division, you have the option to convert to a win enhancement service or pay an additional amount.
7.4.1 You, the customer, agree that if your KDA is less than 1.6 in any Duo Boosting Services, we reserve the right to convert your order to Solo Boosting Services following the price of your order.
7.4.2 You, the customer, accept that if your profit in LP is less than 28 per win in any division in TFT Boosting (applicable only for the first position), you must pay an additional amount determined by the augmentation calculator, or we will convert your order in a TFT payout service by following the payout calculator on our site. For example, if you purchased the Bronze IV to Bronze II service and your account earns less than 13 LPs per win in the Bronze IV or III division, you have the option to convert to a win enhancement service or pay an additional amount.
7.5 The user, the customer, accepts that if you play games classified in the selected queue type purchased during the service, your order will be considered as finished and the customer will not receive any refund.
7.5.1 The website eloboostindustries.com reserves the right to terminate the service if the customer has decreased LP during the service or has gained under 13LP. your order will be considered as finished and the customer will not receive any refund.
7.5.2 If the customer refuses to cover the difference in money, the website reserves the right to play any League of Legends game mode for a limited number of 3 normal games to complete the service.
7.5.3 During a division upgrade service, the customer is allowed to play different game modes, excluding the ranked games mode. If the customer play ranked games mode, your order will be considered as finished and the customer will not receive any refund.
7.6 The website eloboostindustries.com is obligated to provide a minimal of 70 % amount of wins during the Placement Matches Service, If the website eloboostindustries.com provides a lower % amount of wins, the customer will receive 1 Boosting Division as compensation for free.
7.6.1 This rule occurs, if the customer purchases five or more Placement Matches.
7.6.2 If the customer purchases a less than five Placement Matches and, if the website eloboostindustries.com lower than 70% amount of wins, perform your placements matches with a lower win ratio, we will compensate you with the same amount of loses the booster had as win boosting games.
7.7 The warranty for buying league of legends account will be applicable after the successful payment if the customers:
7.7.1 The buyer can buy the warranty period to lifetime by paying 20% fixed fee based on the account price.
7.7.2 The website eloboostindustries.com is not liable for the usage of the account after the customer receive the details of the account.
7.7.3 If the customer loses access to the purchased League of Legends account, the website eloboostindustries.com will not give an extra account or refund.
7.8 When the Virtual Service (Boosting) will be completed, The website eloboostindustries.com will inform the customer by sending an electronic notification. The notification will include the proof that the service was completed.
7.8.1 The proof that the service was completed, will include an attached screenshot, confirming that the Service was completed.
7.8.2 When the Virtual Service (Coaching) will be completed, the customer will be obliged to confirm that he received the service by stating that the following “I confirm that my coaching is completed”. The action needs to be conducted via mail, discord or in the website chat.
7.8.3 The eloboostindustries.com reserves the right to mark a Virtual Service (Coaching) as completed if the customer doesn’t follow the instruction from the point 7.8.2 and the service will be completed, and no complaint will be filled.
7.9 The Virtual Goods (League of Legends Account) transfer will be completed; once the website eloboostindustries.com will deliver to the buyer account credentials, the website will not accept any refund or an extra account.
Due to the nature of the products offered by the eloboostindustries.com website (non tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product, therefore we DO NOT offer a refund after making the purchase. If your order has not been initiated within 30 days, you are entitled to a partial refund (55%) or shop credit for the amount paid to us.
Once the service has started, you are no longer entitled to a refund. If the service is not completed by eloboostindustries, you have the right to receive the store credit that is missing from your service.
If we are unable to complete the purchase until the end of the season, we are able to refund only the remainder of the order.
You, the customer, accept that if you claim a chargeback of a payment for a service that has been completed, your bill will be sent to a debt collector agency, and you also accept that you will have to pay the extra fees to cover both debt collectors agency and any other unforeseen costs because of your chargeback.
